# STILL: Recovering Lowered STL Semantics for LLM-assisted C++ Decompilation

> STILL predicts function-level STL container presence from stripped control-flow graphs and turns those predictions into compact hints for LLM refinement of Ghidra output. StlBench supplies controlled labels for five container classes.

## Scope and limitations

The interface covers map, queue, set, string and vector, not full variable types, template arguments, nesting, iterators or std::array. Experiments use g++/x86-64/libstdc++ with angr and Ghidra; transfer to other toolchains is unverified. Test-suite executability is not equivalence, and hint benefits depend on the downstream model and adaptation.

## Why it fits this collection

Connects explicit container-semantic recovery with LLM-assisted C++ decompilation without claiming full type reconstruction.

## Publication and review notes

Latest reviewed version is arXiv v1, under CC BY-NC-ND 4.0. The appendix describes an artifact and a planned public StlBench release but gives no verified access URL. Its code, model and dataset licensing was not established.
