# Chisel

> Collection of LLDB commands for debugging iOS apps. Commands print view and view-controller hierarchies, find views by class-name regex, show or hide views without resuming the process, mask or border views, set symbolic breakpoints on a class's method and watchpoints on instance variables, and can be extended with custom commands.

## Requirements & limits

- Installed with Homebrew or by download, then imported from the .lldbinit file in the home directory. Command support differs between iOS and macOS, as the README's command table marks. The newest tagged release is 2.0.1 from 2020-08-17.
