## Requirements & limits

- **Prerequisites:** Python 3.9 or newer and game files extracted from the user’s copy of FFXII_TZA.vbf; Pillow is needed for PNG output.
- **Testing evidence:** The author reports checking the documented .ca and .cm formats across the matching game files.
- **Limits:** Blender round-trip editing and embedded .efx effect images are outside the current scope.
