BikeStation: local Echelon Connect control over Bluetooth LE

BikeStation is a local Windows client for Echelon Connect exercise bikes built on community research into their proprietary Bluetooth LE protocol. It reads cadence and resistance telemetry, queries the bike's resistance range, writes motorized resistance commands and records rides without the vendor cloud.
