Facebook BitMap Codec
Facebook BitMap Codec encodes and decodes Facebook web API parameter values using the project's reverse-engineered bitmap, run-length and custom Base64 scheme. Its Python module exposes a FacebookCodec class for converting ID lists to encoded strings and back across parameters including __dyn and __csr.
