SimpleParserPE
SimpleParserPE is a C++ command-line inspector for PE32 Windows executables. It reads DOS and NT headers, section metadata, data directories, and imported DLL functions, translating RVAs through the section table without Windows headers or external libraries.

Requirements & limits
